We established our company to provide outstanding home improvement services to North Texas residents. While roofing services are a specialty, we also deliver unparalleled foundation repair and energy solar services and concrete flatwork. We are ethical and trustworthy and work hard to build relationships with our customers.
We began with modest intentions, first introducing ourselves as a trustworthy name in the foundation repair industry. Our founder, Tom Kidd, was an engineering graduate of Texas A&M University. The Structured Family of Companies was born with only three employees and a desire to do better for North Texas property owners. With over 200 current employees we are building on a foundation of trust since 2003.

In 2023, Tom Kidd decided to sell 100 percent of his company into an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), making each employee an owner. Shortly afterward, we announced our new division, Structured Solar and Roofing Systems, which provides top-tier residential roofing replacement repairs throughout North Texas to residential and commercial property owners. Through it all, we continue to deliver superior foundation, Concrete, roofing, and solar services.
